Change the ip segment in "Failover ip state" pix 7.24 causes any problem

I have two firewall configured in fail over, in production, i need to change ip segment of ip state.

interface Ethernet5

description STATE Failover Interface

failover

failover polltime unit msec 200 holdtime 1

failover replication http

failover link state Ethernet5

failover interface ip state 1.1.1.1 255.255.255.0 standby 1.1.1.2

if i execute the command

failover interface ip state 1.1.2.1 255.255.255.0 standby 1.1.2.2

i will have any problem ?
