ATA 186 Simultaneous Call issue (CUCME)

Hi,

I have configured some ATA's with two ports, applied qos working fine - I can call to PSTN using one phone - quality is good, but if I call to PSTN using 2nd phones (simultaneous call) attached in one ATA, the call quality is very bad - both calls. I can call local extensions & working fine...

And also I can call to PSTN from another ATA (one phone) without any problems.

Looks like one call only getting with full quality in each ATA Simultaneously to PSTN....

we using CUCME 7.0

ATA SCCP v3.1.0

Voice Gateways are sitting remote sites connected through radio link (4M) - using g729 for voice calls.

ATA supports only 1 port in G.729, so for two calls, either you do one G.729 and one G.711, or both G.711.
