Assigning more than one group to the users using Bulk

I tried to add more than one group to users using Bulk. while I was creating User Template, I found that there is no option to assign more than one group to user.

I referred to Bulk Administration guide 7, I could no find the option to do this.

I need to make all users part of two groups:

Standard CCME user

and Standard CTI User

Any suggestion?

Any body can help me if I can create new group contains all roles for Standard CCME user and Standard CTI User.????????????
