TCL script problem with CUCM 7.0

Hi,

I have configured CUCM 7.0 cluster, H.323 voice GW (3845 router with VWIC2-2MFT-T1/E1 card). Ihave no IVR. So, I have configured default TCL script version 2.1.2.2 on the Gateway. It is working fine with the option dial by extension, but when I press 0 for operator, it is not working & also hunt is not working. But my dial-peer configuration for operator is ok, as I can dial the operator from dial by extension option.

I need the operator option urgently. pls. help me.

Likely it is not configured correctly, you always need to post configuration when dealing with routers.

Since you are using FXO, you need to remove "param aa-pilot". If still problems, collect "debug voice application script" with "term mon".
