Using IPCCE with ucm 6.1 and cvp 4, wit gateway AS5350... in our IVr menu we take input in the form of DTMF digits like account number and PIN for verification.

Currently when we enter the account number everything is fine but when entering pin number we hear echo sound any idea why.

I have this problem too.

Is this a new install?

Is the IVR downloaded from Cisco website or a custom made?

Do normal voice calls sound fine?
