we have seen this once in the past but could not reproduce.
Are you logged in as admin user ?
If not, try to logg with the username admin.
If that does not work, you need to get the debug-plugin from the TAC and delete the startup-config file from /TN-CONFIG/Admin.
Once the file is deleted you should be able to do a 'wr mem'

Hi Gilles,
Is there any other alternative than to raise a TAC case for the issue
Kindly suggest

no other alternative.
The TAC is the only solution to get the debug-plugin which is required to manually detete the startup-config file.
But before deleting it, once you get the debug-plugin, do a 'ls -l /TN-HOME/Admin/startup-config'
If the problem exist with a different context, replace Admin with the appropriate context name.
Gilles.
