Message Notification to multiple email recipients

I have searched high and low and can not find a solution for this.

Have some users who are trying to set up message notification to be able to alert multiple recipients. We have tried multiple tests utilizing semi-colons, colons, commas, spaces and we have not been able to get this working. Message notification to 1 email address DOES WORK successfully.

Unity v7.02

Any ideas?

Setup a distribution list in AD and send the alert to the DL email address.

Brandon,

That was one of the ideas that was thrown around but we did not want to head that route if we were able to address multiple recipients. That may have to be what we do if nobody has any further insight.

I use Unity Connection so I'm not sure how different this would be - but did it by creating a distribution list in Unity Connection and adding mutiple Unity Members to that group.

Then I created a GDM (Call Handler) and set the message settings to use this distribution list.
