On the CallConnector client contact list (IE or Outlook), any DN in the voice hunt-group parallel will give inaccurate status. It normally stuck and continuously display DN as "Ringing" status even though the phone is on idle or any other status.

All other single DN status shows correctly except DN in voice hunt-group parallel.

Attached screenshot of the DN stuck at "Ringing" state.

Have anyone come across this ?

I filed a bug on this recently: CSCta04268

I would check the next release. If it's urgent, you can open a TAC case.

Thanks. That explain exactly my issue here.

Unfortunately the work around will not work over here since we need an accurate CDR for reporting purposes.

I will open a TAC case on this.

Options are fairly limited. TAC may be able to get you a test fix temporarily, but the software isn't released yet.
