Hi,

Im using Cisco 1751-V as voice gateway

and I configured the onramp fax-to email

When I receive from sender that using ATA-186, I only can receive half page then cut off.

But when I receive fax from other people, its working well.. can receive the whole page.

And when the sender (with ATA) sending fax to my Fax machine, its working well. I can receive the whole page on my fax machine.

Is there any additional configuration to the Voice Gateway to receive fax from ATA Sender ?
