Priority in the Queue?

With IPCC Express, can you set it up, so certian users by calling another number, get put into the queue at the front of the line, ie make them next ahead of other callers?

I have this problem too.

You could direct the calls to a different trigger on the same application and build the script to increase the Contact Priority for calls arriving on that trigger.

Contacts with a higher priority waiting in the same CSQ will be offered to agents before contacts with a lower priority.
