Hey guys,

Simple one probably .. I have a c3548 sqitch and I'm trying to apply a command to all the 48 interfaces. However there is no "range" command. I've tried a couple of different things and it doesn't seem to work. Can I get some help here?

The IOS is c3500XL-c3h2s-mz-120.5-XU.bin

Thanks in advance.

Interface range command was introduced on the Cat35xx line with 12.1(19)EA1 IOS release.

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/switches/lan/catalyst3560/software/release/12.2_50_se/command/reference/cli1.html#wp2235379

It was never supported in the 3500xl.

If there is no interface range command the easiest thing to do is create a text file ie.

int fa0/1

int fa0/2

etc..

and then simply copy and paste at the CLI of the switch.

I sort of figured this was what I was going to have to do. damn!!! lol

Thanks guys, much appreciated.
