Cisco VoIP System does not answer first caller.

Hi,

I'm having an issue with my phone system in my office. If one person calls, the auto-attendant does not answer, and just keeps ringing, however if a second person calls, it will answer the second person. I did a couple of debug commands, and it doesn't even seem to pickup any information when the first caller calls, but when the second caller calls I get a whole whack of information from the debugging.

Here is the version of what I'm running for my phone system.
