Cisco Agent Desktop 6.1(5)- Reports Inactive state?

Hi engineers,

Is would like to know the solution why the reports ( Agent ACD state log, Agent statistics,Agent Calllog) are in Inactive state?

Im using IPCC express 4.0, Cisco Agent Desktop 6.1(5) (Enhanced Version).



I have this problem too.

Inactive means that the data is not being updated because the service that generates it has failed and new data is no longer being received.
