There is a customer that they have got a Cisco AS5350 ,

Users connect to that and they will be connected to a sip server in India ,

During user is connected to the India they like if they press ** they just get disconnected from India SIP server and connected to the data center in Australia ,

I have contacted some voip tech before and they said as soon as a session is created from calling and called party , the first (source) router (AS5350 in this case) can not see DTMF signals and

So that is not possible .

I like to know if it is possible to press ** ,while connected to SIP server of India , and AS5350 automatically disconnect from India and connect to the Call centre in Australia ?

So it will be :

User -> AS5350 -> SIP server 1

After press **

User -> AS5350 -> SIP server 2

I have this problem too.
