I have this strange new issue with the historical reporting tool.
I have a single server running CRS 4.0.5 and the customer normally uses its reports to monitor the agents' performance and activity.
A strange behavior has started to appear from a while back.
Say, it's now noon and I'm trying to get an CSQ detail report from 9:00 till noon for today. I would get a correct number of calls that had reached this CSQ.
However if I extend the time of the report to like 3 or 4 PM (in the future).
Although, it should still show the same number of calls, The report would show calls that have not been received yet (i.e. calls at 1:00 PM, 2:00 PM,..etc)
I am not sure where these numbers are being pulled from.
I checked the CDR and it's normal and none of these excess calls are shown.
I reinitialized the database and still no change.
I am not sure what might be the cause of this.
