CDR System Reports

One of my gateways is not registering stats in any of the device reports in CDR

I am using UCM 7.1 - Any help in resolving this would be appreciated.

Which type of GW you are referring to (MGCP, SIP or H.323) and which report you are running?

You can check "Documentation Updates" of cucm 7 (Cisco Unified

Communications Manager CDR Analysis and Reporting).

Hi

Its a H.323 GW

I can see call stats from CDR and search for gateway (selecting the problem gateway)

However when I select device reports and search by gateway (selecting problem gateway) I don't get any stats.

It reports for CDR but not device reports.

All 6 other gateways produce reports from both device manager and CDR?

Strange
