telnet issue

Hi,

We are keep getting the following error when trying to telnet to our Cisco6509 switch with sup1A and msfc1.same error occur if try directly telnet to msfc or through cat mod with session 15.

"unable to tunnel to router-15 (57)"

only way to fix is reseat the sup.

Any sugesstion?

Would recommend next time it happens 'switch console' instead of session and see how many lines are taken up
