After installing CSC SSM in ASA5520 everything works fine with the exception of updates for my cisco Ironport email appliance. The update appears to just time out and never pass 0%. Anyone had similar issues or suggestions?

For automated, real-time signature updates, Cisco IronPort solutions can harness the Cisco IronPort SenderBase® Network, which provides an unprecedented real-time view into security threats from around the world. SenderBase data powers Cisco IronPort Virus Outbreak Filters, a preventive security service that protects enterprises from viruses well before antivirus vendors publish virus signatures. The SenderBase application examines the broadest set of data in the industry, currently examining more than 40 different parameters about web traffic. This data is derived from a highly diverse group of more than 100,000 organizations, including the largest networks in the world, which contribute information to the SenderBase application in five billion messages per day.

Interesting reply SHUMON.

Not sure what your problem could be try excluding it from going through the module and see if that works and you will know for sure that it is the problem. I do believe it has a logging page so you can check that to see if it has anything. HTH
