CTIOS Error

Hi,

i am getting these type of messages after regular interval of time. can anyone explain whats the meaning of this :

07:49:08.528 EventFilterQ::Post, 100 msgs in queue.

Is there any chance you guys are using a custom Tool\application using the CTIOS API?

Hi Dave,

We are using third party application for inbound and outbound agent login. Its a browser based software. that we have integrated with CTIOS. and its working on CTIOS events.
