Does anyone know if we can pursue CUCM 7.1 OCS R2 Integration using RCC Dual-Forking?
I have seen that RCC is not configurable with CUCM 7.1 but is under CUCM 7.0.

I don't have hands on experience, but this data sheet suggests 7.1.2 or later for 7.1x is the requirement:

The link you referred was not RCC. It's CUCIMOC. They are different integration scenarios.
