I am having an issue where when a user trys to pickup a line on the phone it hangs for a bit then the call is answered. Also when a call is transfered to another line the same thing happens to the person doing the transfer. It doesn't happen all the time and it seems to move around to different phones. I have checked all my switches and none are reporting any major errors. I did get a message that my Call Processor was pegging but its not doing it now. The Real time monitoring tool shows nothing with the Call managers either.

Mix of 7906, 7941, 7961 phones
220 Total phones.

can u clarify a little the topology where the phones are located and where the cucm they r using is?
across any wan, any VPN, any firewall in the middle?
Which phone load version?
Can you clarify more the:

I am working with Cisco on this issue. I have not had the issue show up since last Wednsday.
