We opened an office in Shanghai and I am trying to set up a route plan so they can dial 800#'s correctly. The issue is I am not sure how they would normally call a toll free # (aka 9.01[800]XXX XXXX
So I have an end user there who said she can normally dial 1 800 988 1888 (fed ex) but with my 9.1[800]XXXXXXX route plan it is not working. I get a recording in chinese and english the number does not exist although she can dial from her cell but I am not sure if that is different.
Any help would be apreciated!!

I think you should change your route pattern to 9.1800xxxxxxx the 9.1[800] means the route pattern much can be 9.18xxxxxxx or 9.10xxxxxx. To confirm you can always enter the exact number 9.18009881888
