Hello, I've been trying to find documentation for this, but can't seem to find anything.... How often does Cisco recommend rebooting Unity? We have Unity V5 w/failover using Exchange 2003 as the message store. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks,
Ray

Like any other Windows server in your environment.

You know you can schedule that to happen when you want it to happen. Under the Tools Depot on the Unity Server. I set the primary to re-boot at 10pm once every quarter and then an hour later schedule the secondary to re-boot and then you are good to go. Test in the morning. Once you are comfortable with the process with no issues then you just let it happen.
