I need configure two links adsl/pppoe over subinterfaces .

Is possible use pppoe over subinterfaces ?

it should be possible with IOS 12.4T

if you mean two adsl/pppoe clients over the same ATM PVC see:

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/ios/12_4t/12_4t15/mpppoec.html

this is supported with 12.4T15
