Hi,
1) What is the topology?
2) Is it hapenning from both internal and external calls?
3) when you say sometimes it doesnt work. what does it mean? do u get fast busy?
4) how many IVR ports you have on your system?
5) If you are getting fast busy when you are calling 2222-3333 at that time can you check how many calls are there on IPCC?
Its looks like your ports are getting exhausted when your call is not working.
Thanks,
Daljeet

Hi Daljeet,
Thank You for your attention. Answering your questions:
1) There are a CallManager and IPCC in the Matriz. The problem is ocurring in site another location/site.
2) The problem is occurring from both internal and external calls
3) When we call 2222-3333 the call is completed, ok. When We call option number 1 sometimes the call is completed and sometimes the call stayed mute
4) More or less 50
5) I don't getting fast busy when you are calling 222-3333, ok

Wilson,
Just a bit more clarification needed.
Are you saying that the menu gets played but when you press 1 the pressing of the 1 is not detected ???
What happens if you wait dose the script timeout can perform some other action ?
