Prior to enabling Extension Mobility CPG notification - both visual and audio - used to work fine. Later on, I set up EM and it stopped working -- both visual and audio.
I even tried to put Call Pickup Group numbers in <none> Partition, but didn't help.
As a note,
- Devices have no Directory Number associated -- we have login and logout User Device Profile.
- Every DN has it's own CSS configured, in which the Call Pickup Group Partition is at first place.
- Presence Group and SUBSCRIBE CSS, whether it matters or not, are the same for every DN, Device and End User.
Anyone has any hint?
