ASDM only launches with one profile

I receive "Unable to launch device manager" with every user profile on my server except one.

In the java log I receive "Remote host closed connection during handshake"

I have tried to reload the ASDM from the https://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx and it installs, but I still receive the error.

I have java 6 update 5 removed and have installed update 7

Found the answer.

Needed to uncheck auto detect settings

IE -> Tools -> Internet Options -> Connections tab -> LAN Settings -> Uncheck auto detect
