Hi friend, ccm or cme?

If CCM, the hardware conferences resources are registered in your CCM?

Did you assign the conferences resource to a MRG and this to a MRGL and assign it to the IP Phones?

All the best

David.

Thanks for the answer David.

It is CME. I am following this document:

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucme/admin/configuration/guide/cmeconf.html#wp1010877

Thanks

Hi friend, does the conferencing profile are registered and up? (CME#show dspfarm all), and make sure that your ip phones are configured as dual-lines.

All the best

David.
