PG bouncing between Avaya ACD

Have a pair of PG's which keep bouncing about every 3.5 minutes between the Avaya ACD>VERSION (9/ 3/09 17:11 Avaya TM) CMS Ex: 8 Windows: 1 of 10 ^^ )

PG OPC Version Release Build 19597.

have checked CMSTypicalRefreshRateSec on PG same as on the ACD and they say the same on ACD. 3rd party looks after ACD on customers site and we look after the PG's. Have bounced PG aswell as the ACD being bounced. Also the CMS RTA-Geotel service was restarted a few times.Any thoughts? Regards Derek. attachment attached.
