SPA942, with attached PC, and Wireless Configuration

I'm hoping this will be just a configuration issue, but I have a problem.

I have an SPA942 phone with a WBP54G wireless bridge fitted. The phone happily talks to the WAG54G2 gateway over the wireless, but when I connect the PC on the desk to the PC port on the phone, the ethernet comes up, but the PC can't acquire an address from the DHCP server.

If I plug the wireless bridge into the PC, it gets an address just fine.

I haven't tweaked the VLAN setup on the phone, so it should be the default?

  <!-- VLAN Settings -->

  <Enable_VLAN ua="rw">No</Enable_VLAN>
  <Enable_CDP ua="na">Yes</Enable_CDP>
  <VLAN_ID ua="rw">1</VLAN_ID>
  <PC_Port_VLAN_Highest_Priority ua="na">No Limit</PC_Port_VLAN_Highest_Priority> <!-- options: 0/1/2/3/4/5/6/7/No Limit -->
  <Enable_PC_Port_VLAN_Tagging ua="na">No</Enable_PC_Port_VLAN_Tagging>
  <PC_Port_VLAN_ID ua="na">1</PC_Port_VLAN_ID>

It'd be nice to avoid having to add a separate wireless adapter to the configuration, can someone enlighten me as to how to make it work?

Hi mikeaunerd,

The WBP54G can only support one device at a time. A PC connected to a phone looks like 2 devices to the WBP54G.

There are several threads on the community where this question has previously raised.
