CUPS: DNS change

Hello,

We changed the domain of our CUPS / CUCM servers, but now I see that the CUPC is unable to connect completely well: The softphone works fine and everything else, but it remains in status "not connected".

When I verify the status of the server, I see this:

Presence.domain=theolddomain.com

I have verified and everything is ok, on the administration page it's shown well.

Any ideas?

Regards,

Daniel

CUPC uses hostname and proxy domain to form the FQDN of the CUPS server.

If you changed the DNS domain, you should go to CUPS > System > Service Parameters > Cisco UP SIP Proxy to update the proxy domain.
