CTIOS login error

Dears,

when i try to log in to ctios installed on windows xp sp2 machine it pops the following error message:

the requested operation has been rejected (no specific details available)

Sometimes it works with xp, on the other side on Vista it is always working the error is never encountered.

Please revert for info,

Hi

Which version of UCCE / ICM software are you having for the CTIOS Server?

You need to download and install the CTIOS Client meant for the Windows XP SP2. CTIOS Software 5.1 and above support Windows XP SP2.

Hi,

thanks for your response, i was using version 7.0 for the ctios and 7.2.7 for the icm. now upgraded both the ctios client and server and the problem is resolved partially, i get the error occasionaly, when i log as an administrator i don't get the error.
