Does anyone know of a webpage or app that can mimic the line text on the different Cisco Phones? The limit for how much text can be entered on each line descriptor is not predictable. The limit to how many characters that can be entered changes with caps on/off, different numbers, and the individual sizes of letters (U is bigger and takes up more space than I). It would be useful for customers to be able to 'try out' what they want to have entered on each line of their phone before the administrator manually configures it. I'm not a programmer, but I would imagine that would not be too difficult to put together and would likely be useful to all Cisco phone customers.
Cheers,
Tom

And, actually, the question is more targeting being able to see what is viewed on the set prior to it being configured instead of a cut and dry max number of characters allowed.
