Cannot connect to remote VPN connection behind Cisco 800 series router

I am having multiple users behind a cisco 860w router not able to connect to their different remote offices all using their personal laptop and Cisco VPN client software. Does anyone know what I need to configure on the router to allow this traffic to passthrough the device?

You need to allow these for Cisco vpn client VPNing outbound.

ISAKMP - UDP 500

ESP - Protocol 50

UDP 4500 (NAT-T)
