We deployed CVP Reporting Server 4.1 to retrieve data from 2 CVP Call Servers and 2 CVP VXML Servers.
We successfully configured an ODBC and we tried to use the Sample Reports provided with CVP Installation Media.
There are 4 reports, the only one that worked perfectly is the CVPCallSummaryReport. The issue with CVPSessionElementReport and CVPApplicationSummaryReport, is that after configuring the data source and the matching tables, and when we try to refresh the report data, a popup window instructs us to select the call start date, but there is no drop down list and the field is grayed out.
Has anyone an idea about that?
