This kind of report is only available using the Health and Utilization add-on to LMS 3.0.1 or higher, or IPM. With IPM, you use IP SLA capable source devices to measure latency and availability to other IP addressable nodes. With HUM, you can actually poll SNMP-capable devices to determine utilization and availability.

Dear clarke ,

theupgrade from LMS 3.0 to3.1 has to be done for IPM 4.1

how can the ipm upgrade from 4.0 to 4.1 can be done ( i m getting error for 4.1 Upgrade)

for hum--license is required -its only trial version in cisco site

You will have to go to http://www.cisco.com/upgrade/ and enter your LMS SAS contract number to order the LMS 3.1 upgrade DVD. Alternatively, you can download the latest version of LMS, 3.2, from http://www.cisco.com/go/lms/ . It includes IPM 4.2. You can install this on top of a licensed copy of LMS 3.0.

Yes, HUM is a separately licensed add-on to LMS. It comes with LMS 3.0.1 and higher as a 90-day eval.

I cant download from the abocve link, can you specify the most relevant link

soory tosay that i m struck of at Marketing place Login Page , i cant login through that( is privileges required

You need a valid Cisco.com account. Beyond that, I'm not sure why it wouldn't work. You will need to contact the Cisco.com team (i.e. via the feedback link) to get further help.
