monitoring lines from 7914 module

hi

i have one 7961 phone with 7914 module.i need to monitor the status of 10 lines from module and need to transfer call if they are not busy.if i configure their line in this module,i will be able to see their call.i dont want this.i just j=need to know whether they are busy on phone or not..

asny option form phone other than attendant console.

Use them as Speed Dial/BLF

hi

i tried to configure the as given below.

i created one new phone button template with 14 lines in SPEEDDIAL/BLF lines.

the i aplied this template to receptionists phone.

then i added 14 lines to this sppeddial/BLF lines .

but cant see any change in recepionists phione.restarted phone.but still same.when there is call in any of these lines or any of those 14 lines are off hook,no status change on receprionists phone 7914 module.

pls help

so i need to chnage something else.

i am using CCM 5.1.

Check the SUBSCRIBE CSS is correctly configured to monitor the lines
