I have CUCM 6.1 and CUP 6.0 setup. I want to create a admin level login for helpdesk staff in CUP. I have their user IDs in CUCM associated with Phone/User administration role and thus they are able to change basic user settings but not call routing settings.
I want to achieve same in CUP. either their own user ID or a general id for HD to change only certain settings.
can anyone let me know how to achieve this?
