Dear Cisco Tech,I have a Linksys ATA – SPA3102 from Engin. I ported my VOIP service to different provider. I can make outgoing calls but can not receive incoming calls. I am not sure what is wrong with the configuration. PLEASE … PLEASE HELP. Appreciate your assistance.
This is probably related to the issue of UDP ports closed. Try setting NAT Keepalive Enable to YES (on the [Line] tab). Apply settings and reboot.
After that, please try again to see if you can receive calls.
