SPA9000+Mediatrix = drop first attemp of call

Hi all . Is anybody see this issue before ? i have SPA 9000 with Mediatrix 4402 installed , the problem is that 1^st attempt of the 95 % of the calls dropped and i getting busy signal , but call is going no problem from second attempt if i dialling same number , this is relative to calls to PSTN only , internal calls working fine Thanks for any answer. Hi Alex;

Nothing that I'm aware of. I suggest you check the configuration is according to the manuals.

Alex,

It kind of sounds like the Mediatrix is going to sleep and being "awakened" by the first attempt and then allowing the second attempt. What codecs does the Mediatrix support? Maybe try changing codecs to the Mediatrix to see if smaller packet sizes help.
