Solved: Running and Startup diff problem LMS 2.6 Latest patches

Running Startup and Running Out-of-sync Summary and I keep getting the following diff, please can someone help me I do not know which exclude command to enter to stop these diff's from showing:-

STARTUP

certificate self-signed 01 nvram:IOS-Self-Sig#3434.cer

RUNNING
