Unity Connection - Importing Accounts from AD

Unity Connection 7.1.2ES14.22010-14. When importing individual accounts from AD the extension doesn't copy over. The LDAP import parameters look correct. We also have a similar issue with Department, but it doesn't seem consistent. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Brian,

After you do an LDAP sync, then as you're about to import, note which template you're using for the import. By default the template selected is the administrator template, which by design doesn't have any "Phone" parameters. Ensure you are using a subscriber template.
