UCM Silent Call Monitoring feature

Hi

My client wants to be able to use silent call monitoring feature of UCM as described on in the UCM documentation:

This is NOT for contact center solution.

The document mentions desktop monitoring application on page 2.

Is there a 'Cisco' desktop monitoring application that I can download or is this referring to a third party application?

I have this problem too.
