We are having a requirement to setup a inbound calls based call canter.

My requirement is we are planning to take a toll-free number and what ever the calls are coming to Toll-Free number which should be diverted to 10 analog phones (randomly, incase of one busy next phone(should be picked randomly and equal distribution of calls to users).

For the above requirement what is the devices i required and any documentation will really help me.

We are having a 1751 router, can i use this by adding voice card.
