This is regarding CER 2.0.4. I have discovered that if a 911 has not been made recently, all ELINs route to one of the onsite alert recipients. This is causing significant call volume for one of the onsite alert personnel. I attempted to modify the phone number of the person currently receiving all this voice traffic, but when I did, it shifted to a different onsite alert entry. What can I do to resolve this, as the onsite alert recipient is receiving dozens and sometime hundreds of call per day from various auto-dialers and telemarketers.
