hi I am installing the above on 4 server. 3 installs have gone fine but 1 fails - as i run the ES I get an error that I do not have write permissions to temp folder - I am using Unityinstall account and i do have local admin rights, anyone seen this

Try to re-run PW on this box with a domain privilege account. Re-log back in as Unityinstall.
