How I can enable VAD feature on CUCM with some branch?

VAD feature cannot be anabled for particular branch.It can be enabled only cluster wide.By default it is disabled.To enable go to
service parameters--->cisco callmanager under cluster wide paramaters--> silence suppression enable it to true f
