I am getting one way voice but only from calls where there has been a call forward has been set

Hi,
have you revised if there is any firewall between the endpoint and tht CUCM? If there is a firewall between them it's possibly that it is blocking some ports.

You should check full ip path. How packed following. Ie in my case was similar problem.
My case was following :
ISDN Pri h323
Cell GW --------------- Cisco GW(3725) ---------- Softswitch --- user
And between Cisco GW and Softswitch was router wich perfom nat for packets following to softswitch and I had problems.
In your case you should carefully check out connectivity and all network elements. Most often existing problem is firewall. Is it exists in your scheem ?
