One Way Voice on ISDN E1 - Debug isdn q931

Kindly provide me with possible solutions:

When dialing 144 we get one Way Voice, They can no hear us, we can hear them.

When dialing 164 no problems...

Yes this happens because no connect mesxsage is received.

Where is the call going, CME, CME are you using MGCP or H.323 ?
