simple static routing config

Do you see a problem with this 3750 config? I have attached the config and a visio. I currently have a 11051 switch in place of the 3750, everything work fine. When I replaced the 11051 with this 3750, the traffic doesn't seem to pass. What could I be missing?

Well - the attachments have not made it to the forum. Please repost if you want assistance.

Also, 11051 is as far as I know a Content Switch. It might have functionality in use that cannot be provided by a Cat3750. But we cannot help withut the attachments.
